TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
All prices
are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of Delivery charges.
All persons who live outside the EC or live in the channel Islands
are exempt to VAT. Those whom live within the EC pay VAT unless
you are a company with a VAT registered number
All goods remain the property of Climate Clothing until paid in
full.
Climate
Clothing reserve the right to change prices and specification
without prior notification.
Retail orders require full payment in advance.
All products come with a 12 months warranty.
DELIVERY
Goods
are usually dispatched within 5 working days, otherwise the official
28 days dispatch applies
DAMAGED GOODS
Goods
damaged in transit must be recorded on delivery, Note: at the
time of receipt.
If damaged goods are signed for as received in good condition
we will not accept responsibility.
RETURNS
All
returns must be received in good condition. Goods will not be
accepted if they are damaged, scratched or not returned in their
original packaging.
All delivery costs and insurance for goods when sending returns
back, must be paid for by the customer.
REFUNDS
Goods
returned to us within 14 days for credit that have been ordered
correctly or incorrectly by the customer will receive a full purchase
price refund.
Refunds are payable in cash, cheque or direct debit transfer at
the discretion of Climate Clothing.
Deposits will be held on behalf of customers for special orders
and these are non-refundable in the case of cancellations of the
order. The value of the deposit will be fixed at the time of the
order.
Cancellations before the official 28 days dispatch will be liable
to 15% charge of the purchase price.
